Refund Policy Overview
Game Servers/Shared Hosting plans are refundable within 24 hours of purchase, subject to our refund conditions. VPS Services: Non-Refundable.
Game Servers/Shared Hosting Refund Criteria
• Within 24 Hours: Eligible for a full refund, with services terminated immediately upon approval.
• After 24 Hours: Refunds are not available after 24 hours of purchase. Services will remain active until the end of the billing period.
Eligibility & User Obligations
• Refunds are only issued if Matrix Host fails to meet the commitments made at the time of purchase. All other refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Matrix Host management.
• Note: Transactions under ₹150 are eligible for Matrix Host credits only and are not eligible for cash refunds.
• Abuse of our services or use of abusive language will result in permanent termination of your service without any refund.
Refund Methods and Associated Charges
• Matrix Host Credits: Approved refunds will be credited to your Matrix Host Billing Panel account and can be used for future purchases.
• Original Payment Method: Refunds processed within 24 hours of payment are subject to a transaction fee of 2% or ₹30, whichever is higher.
