Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, distributing illegal content, sending spam or phishing messages, spreading malware or viruses, launching DDoS attacks, and attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Resources such as CPU and RAM must be used fairly and within the limits of your purchased plan. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if we believe these rules have been violated, and any malicious activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Payment for all services is due in advance, and services are activated only after the payment is approved. We accept the various payment methods shown on our website at checkout (such as UPI or bank transfer). Renewals are billed according to your chosen billing cycle (monthly or yearly), and you are responsible for paying your invoice on or before its due date. Failure to pay on time may result in your service being suspended or terminated and eventually removed. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and may be revised by us at any time, though active renewals will be charged at the rate applicable on the renewal date unless otherwise communicated.

We aim to provide a 99% uptime target for all our services, meaning we work hard to keep your server online around the clock. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance through email or our status page. Uptime is a target, not a strict guarantee, and we are not responsible for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, such as power outages at upstream providers, network congestion, or issues with third-party software. Where possible, downtime credits or compensations may be offered at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. In the event of extended or repeated outages, we recommend contacting support so we can work toward a fair resolution.

We value your privacy and are committed to handling your personal data responsibly. We collect information such as your name, email, and payment details only to operate and improve our services, and we will never sell your data to third parties. All data is stored securely using encrypted connections, and access is restricted to essential personnel only. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of profit, or any damage caused by service interruptions, third-party software issues, or events outside our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event. You agree to use our services at your own risk and to maintain regular backups of your data.

Matrix Host reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account and services at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms of Service, engaged in abusive behavior, or conducted activity that risks harm to our systems, other customers, or third parties. You may also terminate your own account at any time by contacting our support team, and any outstanding invoices will remain due. In the event of termination, you are responsible for backing up your data before termination is processed. We may retain your data for up to 30 days after termination to facilitate any recovery requests, after which your data will be permanently deleted.

Matrix Host reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When changes are made, the updated terms will be published on this page along with the "Last updated" date shown at the top of the page. For major or material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance through email or your account dashboard. Your continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
